No Good Or Bad In Music

Back home for Labor Day weekend, I met up with an awesome friend named Nick from way back when in high school.
We took in a chill night at the pool hall and it was great to catch up on each other’s lives.
Somewhere in the middle of our conversation, a random country song starts blasting on the pool hall speakers. I think I made a comment about how weird the song sounded.
Then Nick followed that up with: “It always ceases to amaze me… that for every ‘bad song’ you think is out there, someone loves it.”
What a wise statement. There really is no good or bad in music ?
