Freezing

It’s freezing in Madison.
I always tell my friends that it’s really cold. But I’m not sure if they always believe me.
Now that I have some stats to back it up… I’m allowed to complain about the cold!
I guess now that I’ve lived in the third coldest place in the U.S., it’s a strong bet that the next city will be much warmer :)
